Jan spent more than 30 years training and developing Financial Advisory Services consultants and management. He also has extensive executive coaching experience.

Several years were spent as a Management and Enterprise Strategy consultant for one of the largest financial institutions, with local and offshore investment operations.

He also provided enterprise strategy training and business efficiency consultation in several African States as well as the United Kingdom and the Netherlands.
