André has been in the Financial Services Industry for just on 30 years, first as a financial advisor and then in Sales Management.

He has first-hand experience of starting up new businesses and his international working experience includes two years in India, developing and implementing a new distribution model for a large international financial services business.

He is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and completed an International Executive MBA in 2005.
